E-Commerce

Prices:

All prices are in Sterling (British Pounds). If you use the currency converter option, this will display the amount in US Dollars or Euros, based on the exchange rate on that day. The actual exchange rate used is determined by your credit card company. Please note that your credit card statement and order confirmation will display your order in Pounds Sterling.

Secure Payment:

Your credit card details are processed using secure encryption methods by Worldpay. We do not have access to your credit card details. Payment is due with the order. You will receive automated email confirmation of your order, and you should retain the unique identification number for use in all correspondence with us concerning your order.

The title of the goods remains with Tonetech Ltd until full payment has been cleared. Responsibility for their safety and accidental damage shall pass to the customer on safe delivery.

All transactions are subject to our terms and conditions. These conditions shall form the basis of a contract between Tonetech Ltd and the customer. English law shall be the proper law of the contract.

ORDERING & DELIVERY

Despatch:

We aim to despatch most goods within two working days of the order being placed or in the case of cheques when payment has been cleared into the bank account.

Courier Delivery:

Within theUKand to some European destinations, our courier offers a 24/48-hour delivery service on working days. If you are outside this area delivery times will vary between 3 and 7 days

Courier-delivered and insured items must be signed for on delivery. Please ensure that someone is there to receive your order. We will do our best to ensure that delivery is made on a particular date if requested by the customer, but as we use independent couriers we cannot be held responsible for deliveries not made within a specified time period.

If you choose an un-insured delivery option, the goods will be sent at your own risk.

DAMAGED GOODS & RETURN OF ITEMS

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. In the unfortunate event of any item arriving damaged or not fulfilling your expectations, please read the following information. Our policy is always to do what we reasonable can to ensure you are not disappointed with our products and service.

Products not fit for purpose:

Please notifiyus as soon as possible and within 14 days of receipt if the product is not fit for purpose or not as described on the website. We will organise a free of charge replacement on return of the original or a refund of the cost including original postage and packing.

Damage in Transit:

If the packaging is damaged, make a note of the external damage on the Carrier's delivery paperwork at the time of delivery. Should the Carrier not allow you to do this, the damaged item should be rejected and the Carrier requested to return the package to Tonetech Ltd. Examine the contents of your delivery and confirm your claim for damage to Tonetech Ltd immediately by phone. Written details of the claim should also be sent as soon as possible after delivery, email is fine. Any packaging must be retained for inspection. Compliance with this requirement shall be a condition of any claim.

In the event that a successful claim for damages has been made, a full refund of the item cost will be given, or a replacement sent out if available, whichever you prefer.

Unsuitable Items:

Should an item be supplied that is unsuitable, the customer must inform Tonetech immediately. Provided the item is returned in perfect condition within 14 days, a full refund of the item cost will be given (including the initial post and packing). The cost of the return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation:

As a consumer you may cancel your order within seven working days, beginning after the day of receipt, by notifying Tonetech in writing. The item must be returned undamaged and there must be no damage to the returned item.
