Refund policy

We recognise that parts may be chosen incorrectly or prove to be unsuitable, so you may return goods for refund or credit provided they are as new, with all of their original packaging, and that this is done so within 30-days of the date of purchase.

Your order number can be found on the packing slip included with your order or on the shipping notification emails. Example: "111222/711222" (please include the "/")

For valuable goods please obtain a proof of postage at the post office in case goods go astray.

Postage/shipping for goods returned from outside the UK may be refunded/credited depending on the reason for the return.
